Welcome to The Platinum Parrot, the hometown store dedicated to the health and well being of your companion parrot. We do not sell, breed, board or groom birds. Since our doors opened two years ago, we have practiced under a strict No Beaks policy. The Platinum Parrot is a bird free environment to ensure the products you purchase are safe to bring home to your flock without the fear of cross contamination and spread of deadly avian diseases.

The Platinum Parrot is proud to offer over 20 food lines, from well known brands to custom blends. Available in factory sealed bags to repackaged bulk. Our bulk foods are NOT stored in open bins, but open when needed and immediately repackaged to be kept fresh.

We carry cages, play areas, treats, toys, reading material and gifts for the human caregiver. Our inventory is always growing, and we welcome custom orders.

The Platinum Parrot is owner operated and Lisa can boast 34 years experience in all aspects of aviculture. Lisa attends seminars and brings her knowledge back to share with clients of The Platinum Parrot. Lisa is also a Parrot Behavior Consultant and offers consultations and classes.

If you are at the Jersey shore, come check us out. Our in store prices are better than most big box stores, with more variety. If you do shopping online, stop by. You will be pleasantly surprised finding the products you use locally. You are also able to see how products are rotated, handled & stored and you will be supporting your local economy.
